You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Contact us at support@smartgreatness.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Used or damaged items, items returned after 30 days, and final sale items cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
