Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for: defective or damaged items, items not matching the description, and items returned within 30 days in original condition.

Email support@smartgreatness.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos if applicable.

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Items returned after 30 days, used items, and shipping costs (unless our error) are non-refundable.
